Slow & Heavy Rotation

I am currently doing a GS rotation (I am trying to gain strength). When it is completed I think I would like to do a rotation that uses S & H a lot. Does anyone have any suggestions? I own (obviously) GS, S & H, and also MM. Thanks.
 
Why not just do S&H as produced 3 days, one day step, one day kickbox and one day yoga or running? I'm not sure if you own any Cathe cardio, but here's an example:

day 1: S&H chest and back
day 2: Imax of choice
day 3: S&H bi and tri
day 4: KPC or CK or KM (choose one each week)
day 5: yoga or 45 min run
day 6: S&H legs and back
day 7: off

I would try this rotation for 3 weeks. I've done it and gotten great results from it.

Thanks. That is a good idea. Yes I own a bunch of Cathe cardio DVDs. I will try this when I am finished my current rotation.
