Hi, all, I just finished a 3 week Slow and Heavy rotation. This was a great accomplishment for me because I can't follow rotations for more than a week or two. After all that concentration, though, I definitely need something different.
I was thinking about doing the Pyramid workouts for 2 weeks, then doing Gym Styles for 3 weeks. What do you all think?
I'd like to continue building muscle for the remainder of the year (which I'm quite sure I did with S&H), then start working on my cardio capacity come January.
