SLOW &HEAVY REVERSE COUNT

I just saw a thread where Cathe suggested that after a 3 week rotation of S&H that they could then go on a new rotation of S&H and reverse the count e.g., negative for 6 count, positive for 2 count. I'm thinking what a good idea, has anyone tried this?
 
I've done that on the bicep curls. That's the only section I've tried that on. I'll switch back and forth, alternating with each set. Don't know why I've never tried it on the other stuff. Works the bis good though.

I plan on starting the "reverse count" in 2 weeks after I complete 3 weeks of the "regular count" so if you don't try it before then, I'll let you know how it goes. I was doing legs/shoulders this morning and already timing how I'll have to start in order to be lowering on the 6 count and lifting on the 2 count. I think for me it will be more of a mental challenge than physical until I get use to it. :)
But I'll let you know how it goes.

If I find that I'm wanting to change it up, I'll do S&H with 2 sets at the 6 positive, 2 negative and the last set at 2 positive, 6 negative.
 
I haven't tried it, but I will! I usually use S& H with a "five up, three down" count rather than the 6/2 count.
