Slow & Heavy premixes?

Does anyone have a list of premixes, if there are any? I have the wonderful compendium that Luna Cat did but don't see it listed on there.

Cathe didn't implement premixes until the Intensity Series.

But the chaptering is good (and not excessive) so it wouldn't be too tough to skip around and make your own "premix" (the time it takes to find the chapter you want would just be part of your between-set rest).
