slow and heavy ???

Hi! All.
I am in the middle of doing slow and heavy off fit-tv. I was curious what I am missing if someone could help it would be great.
Here is what is done
chest - 3 sets of bench press / 3 sets of flies
back - 3 sets of lat row / 3 sets of pullover/ 3 sets of dead lifts

1 set = 8 reps

Cathe mentions inclines, but does not do them so I am assuming I should prob do 3 sets of bench press and 3 sets of flies.

Your help is greatly appreciated.
 
Yes, you are missing 3 sets of bench press on an incline and 3 sets of flies on an incline. Also missing abs: supermans and planks (about 6ish min. I think)
