Slow and Heavy

Hi. I just received my Slow and Heavy Series today and absolutely love it. I was wondering what kind of results have the rest of you seen with this series? Just curious. donam
 
hi! i just got it too and did it for the first time over the weekend. i can't answer about what results others will get but i'm pretty sure i'm going to be VERY happy w/mine. good luck!
 
I have had spectacular results with it. I did a four week rotation doing S&H twice a week, then took 4 weeks off and have now added it back in once a week. I was on an express bus on Friday on my way to work and I looked up and saw myself in the mirror wearing a v-necked dress and was thrilled with the way my chest and shoulders looked. It's great to catch yourself unaware sometimes because you don't fixate. Anyway, my particular body seems to respond well to S&H. Oh, and another benefit: the forearm and wrist work has really helped me to go heavier with my biceps -- which is a trouble area for me. I also enjoy it very much. Good luck!

I'm on my third week of S&H and I have noticed a difference already. My biceps are more pumped looking and my chest area looks more muscular. I have been doing MIS, PH, CTX and PS for quite a while and S&H really makes a difference. Its a good muscle developer and you can feel it working while you're lifting those weights! I plan to go back to a CTX/PS rotation after next week and bring S&H back after another 4 weeks.
