SLOW AND HEAVY ??

On this tape I normally do two parts one day and then the following days one part per day, I mention this as I saw that someone had posted that you should wait 48 hours which I think is unnecessary since you're not training the same body part, anyone??? I also get one more upper body in per week at the gym or PS or MIS. Just wondering if anyone has seen results on just doing S&H ONLY?
I've read so many different theories on why you only need to work upper and lower once a week, or they will say at least twice a week?? I've even seen where they say 3 times a week is the best.
 
YOu certainly don't have to wait 48 hours in between working different body parts! I haven't done S&H *ONLY* for more than 3 weeks. And I didn't see any results in such a short period of time--not after 12 years of lifting and no drastic improvements in my diet.

I've noticed that Cathe has recommended to people to work the body part they want to improve twice a week.

I think the optimum number of times per week in general just depends on the person and his/her goals.
