Slow and Heavy substitute?

I don't have Slow and Heavy Legs - what would be a good substitute? I don't have the Gym Style either, but all the others.

Hi Marcia,
There isn't really an exact sub for SH Legs, because you use such heavy weights and incorporate such a slow pace-- but you could use another leg strength workout like PS Legs or PLB (standing portion only for each) and probably be just fine.

I agree with Mattea....PS or PLB would be close. If you go heavy with PLB though, I'd take at least a 60 sec rest between each set....:)
 
PLB probably, going as heavy as you can, or L&G where many repetitions and endurance work can help fatigue those muscles.
