I just started a Slow and Heavy rotation this week. My first time doing this workout. My question to you, is it okay if I do one body part a day? To tell you the truth it is hard for me to concentrate that long while lifting heavy. Actually, on Monday I did Legs and Shoulders together. That was okay. But today when I did Chest and Back, there was no way I could do back. My mind was saying "no way" to back. Chest was HARD for me. I was tired.
