Has anyone done a strictly Slo-Mo (Amy Bento) rotation? If so, did you lose any defintion/strength? I wanted to mix things up a bit from Cathe, but I'm afraid I'll lose any results I've gained.
 
I did Amy Bento Slo-Mo today. I have gained strength and definition. I love this workout, Amy is unique compared to what is out on the market for the home exerciser.I always get DOMS from this workout when I do it with the focus it requires. I would say go for it. I love what Cathe said in her 4-Day split seris "Anytime you can throw your muscle a bone, do it!"
 
I haven't had the chance to do a Slo Mo rotation yet but I DID try the work outs and loved them. I will not hesitate to use these work outs for my strength training in a future rotation. If you only do a one month rotation I highly doubt you would really lose anything anyway. Besides, like the previous poster said, it's good to mix it up! Amy does alot of innovative moves I've never seen before. I think your muscles will love the change of pace!

I spent a month doing SLO-MO before the holidays and I did get good results. It took me a week to figure out the weights (I tried to go as heavy as she did and couldn't make it through the workout). I like the fact that she does different moves. I am thinking of doing Slo-Mo and Cathe's gym style in Feb.
