I did Amy Bento Slo-Mo today. I have gained strength and definition. I love this workout, Amy is unique compared to what is out on the market for the home exerciser.I always get DOMS from this workout when I do it with the focus it requires. I would say go for it. I love what Cathe said in her 4-Day split seris "Anytime you can throw your muscle a bone, do it!"
