Slimming Upper Body

Hi Cathe,

Lately I have been focusing on my upper body. I have been working two upper body parts a day. I also run or jog 2 miles on the treadmil before I start. I work out 5 days a week and I usually use one day for all cardio or lower body. Will this result in a slimmer upper body? Should I be doing something different?
