Hi. This is a rotation for those of you, like me, that still find they need a Cathe/cardio fix. The rotation isnt divided into certain days, just a certain order. Also the "cardio" is cardio of choice. Please add in your own rest/stretch/yoga day whenever your body needs it.

Etc, Etc. Having only done the SS once so far there could be a better way to alternate the tapes, if so let me know!! I tried to separate PS LA and FIU by a few days. By doing abs with CST you're also getting an ab workout every other day.
