SLIDE & GLIDE Question

Cathe's November rotation has days that call for "Slide & Glide Cardio portion only".

I dont have S&G (and dont have gliding discs). What is a good substitute for this in the rotation??? Just general cardio, or cardio that is more lower body intensive??
 
Hi Stacy,

I would say 30min of any steady state cardio would be a good substitute.

FYI, S&G cardio is 30min of basic cardio drills like jumping jacks, burpees, side lunges, back lunges, jump rope, plank jacks, but w/discs and low impact.

Thanks!! Maybe I'll do the first half of Low Max on those days or run thru the Cardio Only premix from Bootcamp a few times as a substitute.
