Being 50 years old and having the usual mid-life problems such as night sweats followed by insomnia, I found some help with soy supplements and other healthful habits, like clean eating.
BUT, the one thing I've noticed since working out with your workouts 6 days a week (plus running and housework and garden)---I SLEEP again! How could you NOT? I am exhausted (pleasantly so) by the end of the day. But super-charged with energy for the day also(lagging energy was a problem)after my am workouts.
