Hi Cathe...did you and your team reached a decision regarding having or not the step slanted risers?...I was about to get them at SPRI directly http://www.spriproducts.com/Item.aspx?ItemID=1524&CategoryID=19&ItemGroupTypeID=1&ItemGroupID=555
but just read in this forum that you were thinking about offering them through this website...when would that be?...by-the-way...I am so glad I discovered you...I just started working out with you after delivering a baby four (4) months ago and love your DVD's (I order a lot of them, almost all of them) and you are great encouraging us (out of shape) to finish every part of the workout...you are a lot fun...love your music...Thanks for helping go back yo my healthy lifestyle without suffering (you have no idea how much I enjoy your workouts, eventhough Istill need to master the steps combinations)

FYI: I just got them from Spri. I ordered them on Monday and they came today with video. $49.99 plus $7.95 shipping.

>Who is the video by?

The DVD has 3, 30-minute workouts: two by Kimberley Spreen (a weight workout and an 'interval' workout--actually a weights and plyometric circuit), and one by Rob Glick (a cardio workout).

I just did the entire video. This is a new and awesome expereince. I am going to be hurting tomorrow, and with 5 and 8 pound hand weights.

The video is by SPRI and is entitled: Slanted Risers: Take the Next Step. Kimberly Spreen does Strength and Interval Workouts that when combined make an awesome weight and flexibility experience. The Cardio Workout is very basic and I felt it was more of a warm-up and demonstration of how to adapt cardio moves to the slanted step than a true cardio experience.

The workouts are chaptered. There are no premixes. I will have to experiment with ways to combine them.

I can hardly wait to see what Cathe does with the slanted step.

Going to take some Advil.

Regards,

Rhonda

I am so excited because I just ordered some too. Thanks for sending the url because that saved me $10.00 from their original price.

Where do they ship from and what state do you live in? I know they will take longer to get to me because I live in the boonies. Can you tell I am anxious to get them?

Darlene

I just received an email from Sports Unlimited, Inc.! Unfortunately certain item/items you purchased are on backorder. Date Expected In Stock 1/18/2008. Now I am really disappointed x( .

They should have stated they would be on back order when I ordered them. oh well.

Darlene

Hi Darlene, I received that e-mail too...but I called them and cancelled the order and they were very helpful and understanding and cancelled the order right away...and then just order them from Cathe.com and you will get them fast since the service here is very fast.
Take care,
Hela

Thanks, Hela, but now I have to wait until they are open again on Monday. I think it should be against the law to advertise something and to not state that it is on back order x( . I've had this happen lately with several different companies and it gets old. Woe is me:-( .
