slacking while waiting....

I KNOW I should be preparing myself for the hardcore series' arrival, but INSTEAD, I find myself letting excuses guide me-- oh it's OK that you take the day off, even though it's your third in a row, because when the hardcore series arrive you're going to REALLY get serious!!! Or, ok, eat not so clean this LAST day, because when hardcore arrives you will not....

Anyone else experiencing this?!!? And we don't even know what the distribute date is!!!! ACK!
 
Ruppie, you're gonna pay bigtime in terms of soreness and diminished cardio capacity when these things hit your doorstep. If nothing else, haul out your personal faves and just DO THEM, to keep the gears oiled until HC lands.

hahaha just kidding. I need to get off my butt now.
 
I'm feeling like slacking and I'm not even waiting...yet. I get off work in 8 minutes and I don't want to go do my workout!!! BUT OFF I GO, I will feel better if I do. It doesn't help that I have a friend of mine telling me to just "do 2 workouts tomorrow"

Duh....can't do that, I'm on a schedule. No one gets that buy you guys here.

Sitting on your butt all weekend waiting for the kickoff to P90X is unacceptable! You will do a workout tomorrow and you will tell me what you did! I will be waiting to here from you!!!

I have been letting my clean eating slide "just a bit" and I do mean a bit, knowing P90X will be here soon as well as Hardcore. As for my workouts, NO WAY! I am trying to get in top shape so I can endure the two series!!! I think I have been working harder than ever!;)
 
I agree. At the moment I'm preparing with CTX and Pure Strength. Hardcore sounds like tough and serious business to me.
 
Bad Idea. you will be sorry later.

This January work out with my cross training has put me into good mental and physical shape.

I suggest you get GET A PLAN AND STICK TO IT. You will be so pleased with yourself for sticking to your plan, ang getting prepared for the challenge of HC.
