I disagree with the majority of the posts as I'm going to say that the SJ&P/Step Blast premix is tougher. MIC is tough, don't get me wrong, but the total cardio portion of MIC is 59 minutes long whereas the SJ&P/Step Blast premix is 79 min (not including warm-up or cool down/stretch). Imagine completing MIC and then immediately doing 20 more minutes of cardio - that's what the SJ&P/Step Blast premix is like.
