I just wanted to profess my love for Step, Jump & Pump. In 70min you get a terrific calorie blasting workout with fun step, hi/lo & strength training all in one! If you don't own this one yet, put it on your wish list! The premixes are wonderful too, so many ways to mix & match :D

I agree this one is a favorite of mine. Just enought step to get the heart rate going and then mix it up with hi/lo and weights.

Very Effective workout and awesome music might I add :)
 
i love SJP....i actually mentioned in another thread that i wish she would make more hi/lo dvds and even step/hi/lo combos like in sjp, circuit max, and even like maximum intensity cardio(toughie).....just some old school hi/lo:)
 
SJP is truly awesome!! The step routine and the aerobics are great. It is an all over fun workout with great music. Cathe and the crew are having a good time too.
 
Such a confusing title! I immediately thought, what does Sarah Jessica Parker have to do with fitness?

Ah well....there goes my brain!
