I don't think it really matters if you get a 55 cm. or a 65 cm ball for these videos, as there are few exercises where you are actually sitting on the ball (when size counts, as you want a ball that will put you legs at about a 90-degree angle when seated).
If you are shorter than 5'6", then usually a 55 cm ball is recommended. 5'6"and above usually take a 65 cm ball. (These recommendations vary a bit from one manufacturer to another. And if you are using a ball as an office chair, it is recommended that you use a larger diameter: ie: 65 cm for 5'6"and below).
