Hi Cathe, hi fans, I was wondering if my form is incorrect when doing the sit & stands on your PS Strong legs. I did this tape yesterday, and I looked in the mirror, and noticed that although I tried keeping my back upright, I saw that my chest was very close to my thighs as my butt came off the step and as I was holding, my chest continued to lower even more. Is this improper form, am I using too much weight (barbell 30 lbs)? Am I puting unnecessary strain on my back? You know, it's amazing how I think I'm always using proper form, but when I look in the mirror, I don't always see that. I will be using a mirror each and every time I workout from now on, but I do need to know if this position matters or not. Thank you.
