silly question for all of you

What does Hi/Lo stand for? Is it high impact/low impact, high intensity/low intensity, or high intensity/low impact? I know, I know. . . I said it was a silly question. Cannot figure it out though, and well, just want to know.

It refers to a mixture of high impact and low impact cardio.
