Side push ups?

I noticed in High Step Challenge, you have side push ups listed. I am curious about those as I cannot image what they are! Regular push ups already have me shaking and side ones kind of have me terrified:(

If I'm not mistaken, side push-ups are where you are on your side and your top arm is in front pushing you up and down and your bottom arm is held against your chest out of the way. I find them easier than regular push ups (though if the reps start to add up, they get pretty tough), and they target the triceps rather than the chest. There's a picture of Cathe doing one in the High Step Challenge shots --- it's the middle picture in the second row from the top.

Thank you. I know the movement you are talking about. You are right, they can get tough. My mind was just drawing a blank -- thanks again!:)
 
I was wondering about that, too. I know what "side-lying triceps push-ups" are, and I guess this is the same thing.
