I do not want to spoil anyone by getting too specific, but I'm dying to talk to someone about this book and most of the fansite forums are still closed....

I love this series. Nothing can change that. But, did you end up with the feeling that you wished it had been two separate books so that the first half could have been elaborated on, and then the second half (when the danger comes upon them once again) could have been elaborated on?? SO MUCH happens, it kind of became a blur. I can totally see it being a movie, or even two movies, though!

Kelly I KNOW!!!!!

I've been going to TwilightMoms & Twilight Lexicon and they are still closed LOL they should be opening up at noon time :D

So I'm guessing you finished BD too? LOL

I absolutely LOVED it and at some points I was doing the OMG OMG bit lol:eek:

Yes I felt like some parts were missing and I'm hoping Stephenie will add some out takes in the Breaking Dawn section like she has done in the other sections of her site but overall I enjoyed it and actually rereading it again as my DD hasn't picked it up yet (well she knows the biggies as she grabbed the book from my hands when she saw how excited I got and read some parts) she wants to reread all the books before she gets to BD.

Stephenie has the playlist out for BD and I about laughed when I saw "I'm too sexy' by Right said Fred I can totally see it lol

Maybe its cause I really can't talk about my favorite scenes with anyone yet

Ok, I just finished this book so I can finally read this thread. It did feel like the first half and the second half of the book were there own story. Honestly, I was really bored up until about halfway through. Then I was terrified it was going to end badly. I was actually pretty happy with the ending. It seemed fitting for everyone involved. There was so much crammed in though...

I never had to experience waiting for the next book in the series until waiting for Breaking Dawn because I only started reading them last fall--so I think that made the experience of reading this one different. I loved the other three--never had any of the problems with the plot that other people had to get over. This one I've had to let sink in for a while. It's not that I don't like it--it was just SO MUCH happening, you know?

I was totally fine with the plot and what happens to the characters (unlike some people who cannot get over the oddly named new character-wink-). I just got overwhelmed by everything, I think, and how different this one felt. And I was so sad to know this was the end of the story from Bella and Edward, so that made it hard.

But I do love how everyone ended up! Especially the last two pages--awesome!

ps--I've never seen message boards in such an uproar as they are over this book!! Glad I'm not an admin or moderator :0 God Bless 'em.
