Shout out to Cathe in Women's Health Mag

Pixie Meredith gave a shout out to Cathe in her Weight Loss article. She went from 208 lbs to 140 and credited walking on her tredmill and then buying a dumbbell set and doing 1/2 hour Cathe Friedrich weight-training.
Thought that was cool.....love to hear people talk about Cathe.
 
I love to hear people talking about Cathe too! She is sooo wonderful I cannot believe all of the fitness world isn't talking about her!!!! What in the world are they doing?!?!?! Missing out I suppose;-)
