shouldn't I have DOMS

I have been doing the 4DS this week for the first time. I had been using GS and PUB, PLB and I usually get DOMS from them. Am I not lifting heavy enough with the new series? I expected to be sore since I am new to it and the weights are heavy. (I did quit early on a couple of exercises, it burned too badly.) I have to admit, I feel accomplished if I have them:)
 
I wish I had an answer for you. I didn't have DOMS either after doing 4ds. The closest I got to it was the shoulder workout! I do get DOMS also from GS and the Pyramids, but not 4ds!
 
That was my experience as well? Strange because I pushed it to the limit , really pushed it. My legs got sore once, but that was it.Loved the series though, I did the November rotation.
 
I don't either, except for calves and sometimes legs. I was wondering about that the other day.
