Hey STSers! I have a question for you. I did the Weights and Plates segment yesterday after doing one of the Legs workouts from STS. Both of my shoulders are sore today and I feel that it is from the pressure of my body weight on my arms and shoulders during the Plates segment. Tomorrow is my scheduled Shoulders, Bis and Chest workout from STS. Would you wait until your shoulders are completely better to do this workout? I have lifted weights for a long time and still want advice because I keep hearing about shoulder injuries and how they can become serious. I suppose I could do the Legs tomorrow and then do the UB workouts in the next several days, basically changing up the order. Please give me your suggestions! Thanks!
