Some of you already know that I have been having foot problems. I have had this problem for a little over a month now. Everything that I have read sounded that I have achilles tendonitis. It doesn't hurt as bad as the beginning, but it is still there. Sometimes when I get up in morning It is real stiff and makes walking difficult. I have iced it but not as often as I should. I definitely do it after I do leg work or low impact cardio, which is LM. I'm wondering if there is anything else that I can do to help this.
Should I be seeing a doctor or try to heal it on my own? It is not getting any worse now, but it isn't any better.
