Yep, I agree with everyone else--you should get ME. (But you knew we were all going to tell you that, right? LOL!)

And I am going to disagree most heartily. Of the endurance workouts you already have, the CTX upper body is the best and most comprehensive. With that, you could us it as your base, and add variations from PH and BM and be done.
The best thing about ME is actually the lower body work and the ab/core section.
Save your money for future Cathe workouts rather than buy anothe rreplica of what you already have.
