I have the P/S series and MIS. I also rotate these with Firms (mostly classics) and I occassionally do Joyce V.

My triceps are probably the one body part that is my worst. My shoulders, biceps and back are fine. Would you recommend CTX upper or would it be just a repeat of P/S and MIS.

Thanks -

For sure I would get it!! I was wondering though, I don't reallu understand this, but if you already have CTX..all 6 tapes....do you not already have all the workouts on this new CTX, so it is kinda like a FIRM compilation?? Not really new?? Of course, I still want it, but I just wanted to clarify because I do not yet have CTX and want to know which one of the two sets to get for now. I won't bother ordering the CTX Upper if I order the 23 DVD. But if you don't have it and have VHS I would get it. But if I had CTX on DVD, I don't know that I would bother..Janice

Hi Bepop!

I would definitely get the CTX upper to add to your collection. There are some exercises that are the same but Cathe has a great way of shaking the same move up by changing from barbells to dumbbells or visa-a-versa. Also, the counts (tempo) is always a bit different. Sometimes, the positioning of your body changes the move too. There is always something new in her different tapes so I think you will be very pleased with the shake-up you will get. The CTX-strength work is so time efficient too. You won't be disappointed. If you don't have the whole CTX-Series (6 tapes), if you can afford it, I would highly recommend it. GREAT SERIES!

RE: Hi Bepop!

Thanks Debbie - I just finished the strength workout on the wedding tape because I had a wimpy week and needed an easy workout. Funny thing - it wasn't easy - the counts are different and slower - I thought I was going to get off easy!

It is always great to have variations on the same exercises!

Yes, get CTX Upper Body! I have the series on DVD and love the upper body compilation. It never fails to fry my triceps. I'm very consistent with my strength training, but I always have some major DOMS in my triceps after doing this workout (and it hurts so good!)
