Should I get Cardio Hits?

Hello!

I am thinking of purchasing Cardio Hits. I had Step Works (one of my favs) on vhs and dropped and broke it. Are Step Max and Step Fit good workouts? Is Cardio Hits worth purchasing?

If you like straight step, then Cardio Hits is definitely worth purchasing. I use this one a lot. It is also a good one to use to build your own mishmoshes. A lot of people really like PowerMax, but for me Step Fit is my favorite. I just love that last combo.

I love this DVD. Step Works is my favorite but the other two are great as well. Step Fit has a macarena cooldown. They're all good steady state cardio that really get your heart rate up there.
