Hi Ladies, I've been working out with Cathe now for two months. I am no where near her weight in most the workouts but I believe I am lifting the weight that is right for me.
In the beginning I was sore almost everyday, I do feel I've gotten a lot stronger but I am just not sore any more.
I don't feel any pain. am I doing something wrong? Should I be sore?
