Shorter or Lighter Full Body Workout

Does anyone know where I can find a shorter or Ligher full body workout? I tried to use the workout blender to see if I could put one together with Timesaver - but seems either its not working right or I just don't know how to do it. Are there any shorter or lighter full body workouts on any Cathe dvds - maybe 30 - 45 minutes. thanks so much! edie
 
eddie try the premixes. do you have drill max? i often use the 48 minute pre mix when i'm short of time. just go to the main menu and scroll down to premixes. most of the dvd's have premixes. i just did the butts and gutts 48 legg pre-mix (hard, hard, hard) and the low impact circut 48 minute workout yesterday. hope this helps.

Do you have the dvd with Push and Pull and Supersets on it? It is one of the Body Blast series dvds. Both of those workouts have one set of each exercise on it. You can use the premixes to add more sets. It is very flexible with lots of premixes.

thanks for the suggestion - I have Push & Pull, but have not yet taken a look at it - sounds like something I can work with. I just got my Troylite barbell set yesterday also!!! I'm so happy! Thanks to Michelle who posted the link for me - edie
