Shorter length/high intensity

what about high intensity cardio for a shorter amount of time... sometimes I don't have a full hour+ to get my entire workout. Occasionally if I don't have the time after warmup I forward through IMAX 2 to get to the blasts for a quick cardio session. Possibly a 40 minute killer blast workout (w/plyos and jacks)?

I did Max Intensity cardio yesterday and I may have found my answer to a short lo/hi segment just by using the first half hour.
Great, great workout!
