I love drills ...... Plyo feels great. I get even happier when I am reminded of health benefits.

I would love another "Low Impact" HIIT Series.
(Athletic Training,Afterburn....etc.) exceptional workouts.
Like Cathe says, Don't let the Low Impact fool you kind!!!
