I was just wondering what shoes Cathe uses in her new videos, or which shoes are good for her workouts. Any ideas?Thanks, Liz

thanks for the reply. After I read what type of shoe I needed, I tried to find it online (through google). Anyway, I couldnt find a good website to go to in which to order online. I tried Ryka, zappos, onlineshoes, etc. Where did you all go to find this type of shoe? Has it been discontinued? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Liz

Are you talking about the ryka enlights II? If so, then i just called ryka customer service and ordered some. They cose 70 plus 6.95 for shipping.

If you live near an Off Broadway Shoes like I do in Colorado, they carry a great selection of RYKA's and also the ASIC Nimbus at discounted prices.

I have been wearing the RYKA's for years and they are so comfortable. They run small so I suggest that you go 1/2 a size up. I just bought the ASIC nimbus for runnning and they are wonderful.

Sorry to butt in on your thread Liz! But I actually had a question of my own

How do the Ryka enlights II fit around the top - do they touch your ankles? I have been using my old pair of Asics running shoes for working out and I REALLY need a new proper pair of shoes. I love Asics and I was wondering if the Ryka fit similarly.

Because I live in such a small town, I will have to buy studio shoes online, so I want to make sure I order a good pair so that I don't need to send them back.

Thanks Angela - my girls see me working out almost every morning. I TRY to get up before them, but it rarely happens. I like that they see how important working out is - just like brushing your teeth everyday - and I really hope they pick up the habit.

Besides, they are just so darn funny when they try to follow along with Cathe
