I need help! I used to love my Avia aerobics shoes, but recently I have found that there is not enough support and my arches were KILLING me. So I switched to something else that is better in the arch but there isn't much cushion so now I am getting shin splints. I am unwilling to give up my MIC, Rhythmic Step and Imax so I have to find magic shoes!
I need motion control running shoes and I have a pretty large frame. Any suggestions?
