Shock Cardio Premix List?

Is there a list of all the premixes for Shock Cardio?

I guess I could go to the WM.

hey robin i went searching in the blog i only found core circuits

Premixes: cardio core Circuit contains the following three premixes

1. Cardio Drills Only

2. Express Circuit

3. Functional Core Onl

i believe circuit blast also has premixes but the other workouts in the series do not have premixes. i haven't previewed the circuit workouts to tell that premix list.
