Shock Cardio Boxing and Meso 3 STS

Greetings,

Just wanted to share that I have found the new Shock Cardio Boxing routine a great fit during Meso 3 in STS. I do the Chest and Back on Monday, a tough cardio on Tuesday, plyo legs on Wednesday, Shoulders, Bis and Tris Thursday, then the Boxing on Friday. (Cardio or hiking and light walk or rest on weekends). The boxing routine is fun and it gets a lot done. It brings mobility and blood to my muscles that I think helps speed recovery, gets the calves worked, gets the heart rate up a bit, has a good core routine, and stretch. Try it!

I agree ~ the boxing routine pairs up well. I like to combine it with a leg day, as it isn't as taxing on the lower body as some of Cathe's bootcamp and step routines, but you still work hard.
 
I just did this today and I thought it was great!! It feels really good right between two tough weight days!! It's a keeper :D
