Just checked with our staff and crew from North Jersey and as of 9pm they were about 1 hour away from finishing processing all of the pre-sale orders. They sent us the picture you see above showing all of their hard... work that they accomplished today and we're greatly appreciative of the extra time and effort they put in to shipping all of the pre-sale orders so quickly. This means that all remaining pre-sale orders will ship tomorrow.
We're also going to attempt to let those of you who ordered downloads claim and download your videos tomorrow. We will post instructions in our Blog and on our Cathe home page on steps you need to do to download your videos. This is going to be a little confusing since you must select the correct link based on when and what you ordered.
There are a million things that can go wrong tomorrow with the downloads and this will be compounded by the fact that most of our staff will be in North Jersey for Cathe's fathers funeral. Please let us know if you see any problems and we will try to correct them ASAP, but please understand that we will have limited resources and capabilities tomorrow and if we have a major problem it may have to wait till Tuesday to fix.
