Dear SNM:

I would like to place my preorder today and as an added treat, I would like to buy the Terminator and Timesaver DVDs. One problem...

If I am interpreting the ordering process correctly, by ordering the preorder with the two other DVDs, the shipping costs which I choose at the bottom of the order form, would only apply to the PREORDER dvds.

So, I cannot get 1-2 day UPS shipping for the Terminator and Timesaver DVDs if I choose that option when preordering...is that correct?

Please tell me the best way to order this preorder and Terminator and Timesaver DVDs...I know I am beginning to feel really dumb at this point.

I could be wrong, but isn't this a customer service question?

You might try going to the Cathe homepage and selecting the
"customer service" link that appears right above the Cathe logo. I tested the link and it leads to a webpage where you can email customer service with your question.

I preordered the entire Hardcore series plus an Intensity series DVD and I expect the Intensity Series DVD to arrive within 1-2 days, but I'm just another customer. You might get faster and mroe reliable help from customer service itself than by posting your question here.

Hi Melissa! I can answer this one for you. Yes, you are correct in that you are not able to get 1-2 day UPS shipping if you want the other two non-preorder DVD's as well. Sorry for the inconvenience but allowing this would complicate the whole shipping process.

Your options are:

A) Preorder Hardcore series and request one or two day shipping on these workouts. Any current DVD will ship by ground but Hardcore will go out as specified once they are available.

B) Do two separate orders, with whatever shipping method you prefer. We realize that the shipping costs more this way, but to try to set it up to split shipping methods would become a customer service nightmare.

Hi Allyson! Thanks for pointing that out and I also prefer customer service questions be handled outside of the forums, however, I selected to answer this question because it was a generalized question that could be beneficial to others wondering the same thing?
 
Melissa, I'm obviously not Cathe, but please don't feel it was a dumb question!! It was not. Welcome to the forum, by the way!!!! I'm glad you asked it because we do get a LOT of people asking shipping questions on here, and sometimes if Cathe or Chris are very busy these questions end up at the bottom of the threads are easily overlooked. One of my favorite teachers used to say, "The only dumb question is the one that isn't asked!". So I say, ask away! LOL!! That way we'll all benefit from the answer.

By the way, I recently purchased the Terminator DVD and I absolutely LOVE it!!!! I hope you enjoy it too!!
