Thanks so much! It was a lot of fun to be a part of, and such a great idea. Especially with all of our whining for our "stuff" all the time. So, they got it, but did they get ALL of it? Shhhhh.....

Hi All!

Everyone, this was a GROUP effort. Lots of people contributed, not just us. It just goes to show what I always knew in my heart about this place, you're the BEST on Earth. Cathe attracts the most kind, generous and amazing fans. Wasn't it fun to surprise them? Goodness, I THOUGHT she'd never post. I bet this website had a MILLION hits today and a half of them were ME! :7 THANKS to everyone who particpated.

Oh, my pal Debbie's said it so well -- this has been a really wonderful experience in every possible way! And it's reaffirmed for me once again (for the 1000th time :)) the fact that this is truly a community of friends. And gosh, it sure was fun to "see" the effect we had on our tiny lil' fearless leader. I hope she and Chris went home tonight smiling all the way and feeling the love!!!

It is craziness that most of us will never see each other's face or even hear each other's voice, yet we really have formed true bonds. I know that most people outside of this group would probably think we are all a little nuts... aw heck, who cares!!!

Thanks again to everybody who made this possible. Gosh, you guys, we just might have to do something like this again someday! ;-)

I second your thoughts. I did really appreciate being able to be involved with this. But, Kathy S, you deserve the credit for thinking of it in the first place, and all your hard work with Blooming Cookies (I don't think they got so excited about this on their own!), and also Francine and Debbie H for their leg work as well. All the rest of us did was realize what a great idea it was, and chip in!

By the way, I also checked many, many times yesterday. Then when I saw Cathe's post, I waited to reply. I didn't want to be the first one!

Thanks to everyone. I'm happy that I decided to join the forum in September after just lurking for several months. Everybody is great, and it's wonderful to share ideas on something that means so much to all of us. As someone else implied, probably not everyone else in our lives understands how much it means, or why!

Ditto on the thanks to you all!! I'm a believer in "Give credit where credit is due," so that is why I tattled on you guys. Putting an envelope in the mail was the easy part, you guys did ALL the hard (time consuming)work! You deserve to have that known by all!

So kill me if you must Kathy ;-), but I think it might be a small withdrawl from your Karma account! Heck with the overflowing Karma you all have, you can afford a withdrawl! :)

"SHHHHH".........Hey what's all the whispering going on over here;-). Just came over to do a search for something and this SHHHH caught my eye. You are all very sneaky, HA!

Now seeing just how much you all were checking the forums so frequently really makes me feel bad that I wasn't able to post when we received it sooner. Sorry about that!
