Hi Shelley, I decided to start another thread, I hope you do not mind!!
I wanted to ask about your hip...again, hope you do not mind! Can you feel the discomfort when you stretch? Are you, or have you, ben doing any specific or extra stretches to target the hips? Do you ever feel any pain on the outside of the knee?
I am not going to go on like I know all there is to know about running woes...because I do not! It is just that I joined this training group for this marathon and they have provided us with some excellent speakers about running injuries, how they occur and how to fix them. I've been told that hip issues are VERY common and often can be fixed with specific stretches and some strength work (which I doubt your bad ass needs). Also, I wanted to look up some things in my running books.
