Hi!
I was just watching the teaser for Shawn T's new Insanity workouts, and it occurred to me that it's perhaps attempting to be a CrossFit program that you can do at home, with no equipment. I'm not sure if that's an accurate conclusion, as I've never taken a CrossFit class. But Insanity sure does look intense, and it's all bodyweight. No equipment necessary! Love that!!
I have CLX, and was thinking of doing a rotation with it when I finish STS. I don't intend to repeat the cardio workouts every week, as the program is designed. I get bored way too easy for that. I wonder if I can do a blend of CLX weights, and Shawn's Insanity? That may indeed be insane. For those of you familiar with Beachbody trainers and programs, do you have any comments or thoughts about that?
Cheers,
Sandra
