Does anyone take this? if so what does it help? someone recommended it to me for my knees, Will it help in that way for Jumpers Knee? My knees are acting up and haven't done any cardio for over a week now. and it is driving me nuts because I have gotten depressed and snack way too much, I also bought knee straps designed just for jumpers knee's
