Shangri-La Diet

I noticed this diet book in our local bookstore and wondered if anyone has read /tried it. It sounds intriguing claiming that by adding a few spoonfuls of sugar or extra light olive oil between meals that your weight setpoint is reduced....

Sounds like just another gimmick to make people buy a book. And any diet that would have you eat 'a few spoonfuls of sugar' can't be much based on health.

GOod one Charlotte! I've always heard sugar is the "enemy". I'd consider another eating plan.
