This may be a dumb question but... here goes.
Cathe, when you make a series like the Intensity Series or the Blast series is it your intent for them to be used together in a week?
Obviously I realize that they are fine apart and part of other rotations but it seems you always make 6 at a time and that fits in our workout week (one day of rest, always)
