September Rotation

Cathe, I was wondering if there is enough upper body work outs this month to maintain my upper body? Should I include a couple of bicep and tricep workouts if I want to continue to build and maintain my upper body? I did Kick Max yesterday which I know works the arms but of course not in the same way weights do. thanks,

I'd like to hear the answer also since I added CTX Upper to week 2 (spread out over a couple of days) because I felt my body needed more upper body work.

I have been wondering the same thing. Today I added some bicep work because I feel like there is next to no u/b work.
Other than that, this is an AWESOME, butt kicking rotation and I am enjoying it! In a sick sort of way. }( :p :eek:
 
Val... I'd like to hear Cathe's response also. I'm sure KM and KPC are working the upper body pretty good but I know it isn't weight work.

I added the upper body segments off the TimeSaver one day this week.
