Hi Everyone,

This month we’ll be mixing up some various lifting and cardio types to keep our muscles fired up and working hard. Keep your body fueled properly and take extra rest days if you need them! Please feel free to add in extra recovery workouts on any days that you’re feeling especially sore. You’ve got this!

Monday... Cardio Core Circuit

Wednesday... STS 2 Lower Body 1

Thursday... ICE Low Impact Sweat

Friday... BodyBlast Series: SuperSets

Saturday... OFF or Recovery Workout of Choice

Sunday... Boss Loops: Glutes & Core


Week 2

Monday... Slow and Heavy - Chest, Back and Planks

Tuesday... Strong and Sweaty Cardio Slam

Wednesday... Slow and Heavy - Legs and Shoulders

Thursday... Slow and Heavy - Triceps and Biceps

Friday... X10 (2 SEGMENTS OF CHOICE)

Saturday... CrossFire

Sunday... OFF or Recovery Workout of Choice

Monday... Low Impact Series - CardioSuperSets

Tuesday... STS 2 Upper Body 2

Wednesday... STS 2 Lower Body 2

Thursday... Perfect30 Perfect HIIT: Low Impact HIIT
