Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Pumped Up Upper Body” LIVE! As a follow up to last week’s lower body workout, this intense workout now focuses on rounds of upper body exercises (go for a challenging weight!) Each round starts off with a little hint of cardio and then we move on to three upper body exercises and repeat them before we start with a new round
Equipment Needed:
Lifting Gloves (Optional)
A full sized step with three risers under each side
A variety of weighted dumbbells (I’ll be using 5’s, 8’s, 10’s, 12’s and 15’s) If you have 20’s or heavier for any body part you want to lift heavier for (ie: one arm row, bench press, etc) have it handy!
A fitness mat
