I came out of the xray, the tech told me "You broke it good enough so even I can tell it's broken", and I just about burst into tears! As soon as I got to the waiting room, I was sobbing. Because .... I was mourning my workouts!!! I know, I'm a nutjob, but I know you guys all are too, and that you'd understand!!
So no workout for me today. I've been mostly on the phone. With work (i have to be out this weekend, and go see employee health tomorrow), and my mom (needed sympathy... She's 84, but God Bless her, offered to do something for me!), and with Zach's doc, seeing if they'd give Greg a note to stay home tonight, to take care of Zach. Blah-blah-blah...
Tomorrow I'm totally going to do PUB. And maybe PLB floor on Saturday. Add in some abs. I can NOT be put out of commision! I refuse!
I asked the doctor what my activity should be, and he said, it would only be limited by pain. So if it hurts, don't do it. Right now , it hurts like
HELL. I have it taped....And it hurts ....
Vilma: Glad you got in your run! I know how it feels to miss them. AND your power nap!! I remember falling asleep with my youngest for about 10 minutes in the afternoons for his naps. It felt amazing when I got up! I bet you're more tired with TOM coming. I get so exhausted, even being on the pill , with TOM. soooo exhausted. It's a crappy feeling!
Kathy: I know how relieved you are to have a rotation to follow!

Whenever you guys do CTX, I always want it again! LOL!!
Lori: So glad to hear you only gained .2!!! That is a maintain!! Now back to business! ... WOW! 12 lbs! Usually people with a LOT of weight lose big the first week, but I never heard 12 lbs before!!... I never thought of starting the rotation and making Sunday , the off day for Friday! Good idea! Except, I can't do much now...
Ivy: Glad you had fun with IMAX3! that was your FIRST Cathe workout? Holy cow! I LOL at the "memories" though!!
Hottie: OMG on all the workouts you did yesterday!! No wonder your butt was on the floor!! You're crazy! I think a nice light walk would be very appropriate today (or maybe a good stretch or yoga routine). ARe you a member of the Hardcore Hotties? Was it a blog they used from you?
I also have to admit to liking my DH working nights, so I can sleep better, without his snoring!

Shhhh... don't tell anyone!
Off to... do nothing! I'm keeping my piggie elevated with ice for now...
